Step 1 - Initial contact
Our service begins with an initial telephone call or e-mail to gain some information about your requirements and your property or business premises.
Step 2 - No obligation site survey
Then we offer all our potential customers a free no obligation site survey where we will check the hardness of your water and your water pressure as well as surveying your property to give you options on where to site a water softener or drinking water system.
Step 3 - Product selection
Next we will help you choose the product that is right for you by highlighting the features and benefits that are most important to you and pointing out any disadvantages of particular systems.
Step 4 - Installation
Once we have agreed on your equipment, we will arrange for our professional installation team to install and commission your water softener or drinking water system to the highest standards and to meet local regulations.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can arrange for your own plumber to install your equipment and we will come and commission it for you.
Step 5 - After Sales Service
Once installed we offer a full after sales service including free softener health checks when we deliver your salt or replace your drinking water cartridges.
