Our most popular electric softeners are manufactured by Ecowater Systems, who have been making softeners for over 80 years and are the world's largest manufacturer of domestic water softeners. This wealth of experience has gone into producing a range of softeners that are incredibly efficient and reliable as well as having built in intelligence so you are always in control.

For customers with limited space or with no accessible electric connection, we offer the M2 Minimax Block Salt Softener manufactured in England by Harvey Softeners. This has the added advantage of using lighter blocks of salt which can be more convenient for customers who do not want to lift bags of tablet salt.

We also offer the Homesoft range,  a more basic softener which is still very reliable but without the advanced features or efficiency of Ecowater softeners. A good choice for customers on a limited budget with prices starting from £650.

Outside Cabinets

In some situations it makes more sense to site a softener outside against a flat wall than to take up space inside the kitchen. Sterling Softeners can supply specially designed weather protection cabinets to protect your softener from frost if you decide to site it outside. They are constructed of GRP and insulated with 50mm of polystyrene. They have moulded lifting handles each side. They are supplied in a variety of colours and a top drip strip is also supplied to prevent water running between the wall and cabinet. Alternatively if you would prefer a wooden cabinet we know an excellent carpenter who will build a cabinet for you.
